Encyclopedia Sindhiana

Sindhi Language Authority has published first volume of the first ever comprehensive Encyclopedia of Sindhi Language having about 3500 entries based on first three letters of Sindhi alphabet (alif, be and bbe الف-ب-ٻ). This volume of 650 pages consists of 80% entries related to Sindh, such as its personalities, places, flora, fauna, archaeological sites, living and extinct species of animals, birds and other life forms, tribes, castes, beliefs, rituals and rites, culture, civilization, language, dialects, literature and fine arts etc. 20% of all entries are about important things of the world. This important document has been published on fine art paper with pictures in four colours.
